You have no idea the comfort you were…..really…..Jenny…..words fail me. Ella and her daughter Poppy came to see the house for the first time today. They both cried at how wonderful it looked…….and ”the same”. It is a miracle. And I thank you from my heart. You would and I am sure did “go to the mat” for us……and it shows everywhere. People in the area are looking and marveling. Chubb…..but most of all…..Accurate. They are the most amazing company I have ever found in my entire career. I guess you need a disaster. But they are incredible. No wonder you found them……and recommend them from the first moment you have a client with a disaster. This was their first mud disaster. Thank you for the good work you did at our Irvine Property. After you finished the first portion of the project, a careful examination by our advisors observed no problems with any of the above issues. They said It was especially helpful that you brought in high quality, heavy duty equipment in a timely manner to reduce the moisture as fast as possible. Moisture readings, some of which were made by your workers, were the same throughout the structure. You made us aware that there were possibilities that may have to be addressed. These included staining and discoloration, separation of the floor from the concrete slab, warpage and reducing the moisture level to avoid the possibility of future microbial growth. We appreciate the quality of your workmen and their workmanship in our time of need and would not hesitate to call on you and your team in the future.

We want to commend Accurate Construction for their superior remodel and remediation of our sanctuary and social hall due to a ceiling fire sprinkler that burst. The flood lasted for 20 minutes, and in that timeframe, water flooded the carpeting, pews, walls, ceilings, books, etc. After calling our insurance company to notify them of our problem, they recommended Accurate Construction to us, and we could not have been more pleased. The company came out that very first day and began to work. We told them that we had a serious deadline of completion in only two months, and believe it or not, they made that deadline, with a few days to spare. Their employees performed at the highest level in all aspects of this job, and the sanctuary and social hall are now beyond beautiful. As luck is NOT on our side this year, we actually had another flood in a school building, just two months after completion of the sanctuary flood repair. Within hours of contacting our insurance company, Accurate Construction was on the job again and beginning to work.
