We are seeking a highly motivated, disciplined, and organized Sr. Project Manager to help manage our expanding work, help us grow existing clients, and develop new ones. These projects can be fast-paced, detailed, and highly demanding. Therefore, they require strong organization and time management skills. We want our team members to succeed and provide long term potential with a growing company. It is an opportunity to work with different clients (Property Managers, Adjusters, Claims & Risk Managers, Building Engineers, Facility Managers, throughout Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Performs the initial damage assessment walkthrough with the client and adjuster.
  • Develop and implement the scope of loss with client or adjuster following all program guidelines.
  • PM is accountable for all daily operations of the project.
  • The PM serves as the point of contact for client and adjuster. They are responsible for ensuring that all the daily paperwork is properly completed and submitted to the company’s administrative department.
  • The PM submits daily work order requests to the scheduling coordinator for staffing on projects.
  • The PM communicates daily with project leads regarding scope of work and tools/supplies needed and holds them accountable for quality and quantity of daily work performed by the specific crew.
  • The PM approves all subcontractor bids and invoices.
  • The PM documents the scope of work and completes Xactimate estimates. PM is responsible to review billing for accuracy and resolve any carrier billing disputes.
  • The PM is responsible for the successful completion of the project, on time and within budget.
  • Participates in on call rotation for afterhours emergencies.
  • PM is involved in company-wide meetings and trainings to further the quality, customer service and efficiency of the jobs

The Business Development Managers primary function is engaging in outside business development. BDM will market our services to the various clients to include but are not limited to: Facility Managers, Risk Managers, Independent Adjusters, Insurance Carriers, Insurance Brokers and Insurance Agents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for generation 1-2 million in annual revenue from Los Angeles, Orange County and Riverside County markets.
  • Develops, maintains, implements, and revises as necessary an individual marketing plan.
  • Generates at least 100 leads each year.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with adjustors, general adjustors, risk managers, facilities managers, property managers, end users, contractors, and/or insurance.
  • Attends promotion of assigned nationally sponsored events, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned marketing functions.
  • Documents field work and activity thru PSA.
  • Maintains industry and company required memberships.

  • Assist marketing team on creating and distributing marketing materials when needed.
  • Identifies opportunities, plans, executes and measure results, including the tracking of leads.
  • Actively markets to new potential clients/relationships.

Specialist in Water Damage – an expert in the drying and repair of residential buildings, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings and their contents.  Must be competent in machinery management, books and documents, as well as specialized drying. Delimit and dimension losses and specify the systems of drying by heat and desiccant as appropriate. They have practical knowledge of the electrical demand of the drying equipment and the determination of temporary energy needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Supervise and self-perform Water Damage Basic and Intermediate tasks
  • Perform all tasks related to managing loss sites or specialized remediation requirements
  • Create moisture maps using tools and knowledge provided
  • Supervise multiple crews simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Select appropriate disposal options and get release of liability for disposed items

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Direct the teams in the use of the right PPE for the job.
  • Review the daily requirements of projects, document progress and notify manager of progress and challenges encountered.
  • Provide appropriate field documentation, photographic records, charts and sketches for losses.
  • Using the acquired skills, draw sketches, read plans and floor plans, develop humidity content records, complete pyrometric records and determine the drying objectives.
  • Calculate the load (content) of humidity in a building, calculate the cubic meters of the affected parts of the building and request additional support in projects affected by large water losses.
  • Determine the electrical consumption of the drying equipment, the connection and operation of a 220/110 converter and the requirements of a temporary power source.

Perform daily inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance and keep these clean and in perfect conditions of use.

  • Attention to details.
  • Must have a deep knowledge of customer service, as well as the principles and practices of this.
  • Ability to work with time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
  • You will be periodically requested to travel and work at night and during weekends.
  • You must inform in a timely and accurate manner about the time worked and the equipment and consumables used.
